We offer a unique barbeque service from our range of charcoal barbeque's great for parties, weddings or special events with our skilled chefs and waiting staff to cook and present your chosen foods. All our barbeque packages are available from a minimum of 30 covers and we provide all the necessary staff and equipment to cater self sufficiently in any location. There are three barbeque menus to choose from to suit all tastes, each with different homemade salads and an additional selection of cutlery and crockery options to complement your barbeque.
From the charcoal barbeque:
Prime steak butchers beef burgers
Local pork sausages
Char-grilled field mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, courgette and red onion with a pesto glaze (v)
Butterflied chicken breasts with a marinade of your choice
Please choose one of the following marinades:
Honey, lemon and thyme
Sticky hickory barbeque sauce
Chilli, cracked black pepper and basil
Sweet mustard and dill
Garlic and herb
Homemade salads:
Caesar salad
Homemade coleslaw
Tabbouleh salad
Pasta salad with sun-dried tomato pesto and fresh herbs

Cutlery and crockery
We can provide cutlery and crockery for your barbeque, there is no need to clean anything we take it away and clean everything off site. We offer either budget plates with biodegradable plastic knives and forks, or china plates and silver knives and forks:
