Private Caterers Ltd. provide various spit roast packages to suit all types of events and gives a great visual centre piece at any occasion. Our range of spit roasts include pig, or lamb up to 60kg's in weight, or chickens. A whole pig can serve up to 150 covers, lamb up to 40 covers, and 30 whole chickens serving up to 120 covers. The machine is corgi registered and supplied with cooking instructions and safety information.

Cutlery and crockery

We can provide cutlery and crockery for your spit roast, there is no need to clean anything we take it away and clean everything off site. We offer either budget plates with plastic knives and forks, or china plates and silver knives and forks:
