Sushi platters are perfect for making a great visual wow factor to any event or party, freshly made by our trained chefs using the freshest ingredients. At Private Caterers Ltd. we produce two types of sushi, Maki sushi and Nigiri sushi. Maki sushi is rolled with a filling in the centre and nori seaweed wrapped on the outside. Our Nigiri sushi has a rice base with your choice of delicious topping. We can deliver sushi platters of your choice to be stored in you fridge until required, and for larger functions our friendly staff can display the impressive sushi platters and replenished them at your venue.
